On Easter Sunday, join the Easter Bunny and his furry friends 🐰🐥 for a Magical Rainbow Easter Egg Hunt, in association with 947 at Melrose Arch.

Children can take part in the Magical Rainbow Easter Egg Hunt in the Retail Galleria.

This area in Melrose Arch features a glass canopy to ensure that, come rain or shine, the bunny fun will continue.

With a cast of enchanting characters, including pixies 🧝‍♀️, Betty the Butterfly🦋, bunny helpers 🐰, magical fairies 🧚🏻‍♀️, and a talking caterpillar 🐛, this is an egg hunt like no other.

Terms and Conditions

1. Melrose Arch (“the Organiser”) is the promoter of Magical Rainbow Easter Egg Hunt (“the Event”). Tickets for the Events are sold by Melrose Arch to purchasers through the Melrose Arch Application portal, by purchasing and/or holding and/or being in possession of a Ticket or Tickets, the holder of the Ticket (“Ticket holder”, “you”, “your”) agrees to and is bound by these terms and conditions (“Ticketing Terms”). The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
2. This Event is restricted to children under the age of 12 (twelve) years old.
3. Each Ticket you purchase is intended to give a minor 12 (twelve) years or under the revocable license (or right) to entry and attendance of the Event and a treat box (consisting of Easter eggs). All tickets for the event are of the same value and each ticket holder 12 (twelve) years or under has a right to participate in the magical rainbow easter egg hunt and receive a treat box.
4. For the safety of people at the Event, the venue management and the Organizer reserve the right to refuse admission and conduct security searches as they deem appropriate.
5. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase. There will be no refunds due to bad weather as the Venue features a glass canopy to ensure that, the magical rainbow easter egg hunt will continue. This includes, but is not limited to inclement weather.
6. A valid Ticket to gain entry to the Venue and you must produce that Ticket for inspection upon request from an Event official at any time. Failure to produce such Ticket when requested may result in you being denied access to the Venue or in you being removed from the Venue.
7. Any alterations/misuse/abuse or fraudulent use of this ticket will render the ticket invalid.
8. Only Tickets purchased through the official Melrose Arch application portal will be valid. The organiser is not responsible for tickets purchased from third-party vendors and may deny entry to ticket holders without valid, official tickets.
9. A Ticket does not afford the Ticket holder the right to transport to the Venue, or parking, or merchandise, or any food or beverages at the Venue.
10. Your purchase of Tickets is subject to our right to cancel or reschedule an Event at any time, or to alter or vary the programme of an Event, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Where we alter or vary the programme of an Event, we shall not be obligated to refund any Ticket monies or exchange your Tickets.
11. If the Event is cancelled, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we shall not be obligated to refund any Ticket monies but shall provide the ticket holder with a treat box that were intended for the hunt.
12. If the Event is cancelled, the Organiser cannot be held responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation and other related goods, services or compensation.
13. Entry will not be permitted if it will disrupt the Event.
14. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person appearing to be behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Organiser.
15. Please note that CCTV and film cameras may be present at the Venue. By purchasing Tickets and attending the Event, you consent to you and / or your minor child(ren) being filmed, photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded be broadcasted, displayed or distributed (commercial or otherwise) in perpetuity throughout the world without any compensation being paid to you or / or your minor child(ren). The Organiser retains all rights to any media created at the event.
16. You voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to an Event, whether occurring before, during or after the Event, and you waive any claims for loss, damage, personal injury or death against the Organiser and/or Promoter, the management of the Venue, any agent of the Venue, the performing artist(s), participants, and all of their respective parents, affiliated entities, agents, officers, directors, owners and employees on behalf of yourself and any minor accompanying you or for whom you purchased a Ticket.
17. To the fullest extent possible in law, we do not accept liability for and you will have no claim in respect of:
    1. any claims relating to the location of your seat or standing place at the Venue; or
    2. the quality of the view from your seat or standing place; or
    3. any problems relating to the parking, adequacy of traffic control to and from the Venue; or
    4. the quality of sound and lighting at the Event;
    5. the quality of items in the treat box; or
    6. the quality of any services provided by independent contractors at the Venue.
18. The organiser may collect and use your personal information in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”) and applicable data protection laws. All personal data will be used solely for ticket processing, customer support, and event-related communications.
19. These Ticketing Terms shall be governed by South African Law and be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
