How Do I Request a Pay Out?

Please Note: Decibel will only pay out sales after 48 hrs of any successful purchased ticket. To access your wallet and request a payout, click on your wallet icon on the top menu on the right, or visit My Dashboard >> My Wallet

• Before you can request a wallet payout you must have filled in your Payment Settings (you will see a warning message to setup your bank account)
• After completing your Bank Details as seen in image below, you simply type in the Withdraw Amount box how much you wish to pay out. Please note that you need to exclude the R20 withdrawal fee e.g. If your balance is R5000, you can withdraw R4980. 
• Submit Your Request
• Your Request will be forwarded to our Accounts Team, for approval.
• Any approved or cancelled requests will be noted in the Approved/Cancelled request tabs.
• Please note that our Accounts Department might contact you to confirm your bank account details.
• Payment will be done via EFT to the account you stipulated in the Payment Settings tab. PLEASE ensure your information is correct
