How Do I Request a Wallet Payout?

Please Note: Decibel processes payouts 48 hours after any successful ticket purchase.

To access your wallet and request a payout, click on the wallet icon in the top right menu, or go to My Dashboard >> My Wallet

• Step 1: Complete Your Payment Settings
  Before you can request a wallet payout, you must first complete your Payment Settings.
  If your bank details are not set up, you will see a warning message prompting you to do so.

• Step 2: Enter Your Withdrawal Amount
  Once your bank details are saved (see example image below), enter the amount you wish to withdraw in the Withdraw Amount field.
  Please exclude the R20.00 withdrawal fee when entering your amount.
  Example: If your wallet balance is R5,000, you can request a withdrawal of R4,980.

• Step 3: Submit Your Request
  Your payout request will be forwarded to our Accounts Team for approval.
  Any approved or cancelled requests will be reflected under the respective Approved or Cancelled Requests tabs.

• Important Notes

  • Our Accounts Department may contact you to verify your bank account details.

  • Payouts are processed via EFT to the account you entered under Payment Settings.

  • Please ensure your banking information is accurate to avoid delays.
