Ticket Scanning App

Instructions for Using the Ticketing App:

Download the App
- Log into your account.
- Navigate to My Dashboard > Toolbox > Ticketing App.
- Click the direct link to the App Store (for iOS) or Google Play (for Android) to download the app.
Activate the App
- Once installed, scan the QR code provided in the Ticketing App section of your dashboard to activate the app and start scanning tickets.
Security Update Notice
- Occasionally, the QR code may be updated for security reasons, which will temporarily disable your app access.
- If this happens, simply log back into your account and scan the new QR code in the same Ticketing App section to restore access.
