How do I create an account?

This FAQ explains how Decibel handles account creation for users:

1. Automatic account creation: When you purchase a ticket for an event, Decibel will automatically create an account for you.
2. Email for password setup: After your ticket purchase, you’ll receive an email with a request to create a password for your new account.
3. Accessing your tickets and history: Once you set up your password and log in, all your tickets and purchase history will be stored in your Decibel account. You’ll be able to view and manage them from there.

In short, you don’t need to manually sign up for an account; purchasing a ticket will automatically create one for you, and you’ll get an email to set up your password and access your ticket history.
