Where & How Do I Check my Ticket Sales?
As an Event Host, it’s important to monitor your sales regularly to track how your event is performing.

To access your Sales Stats, go to the Main Menu

Click on My Events, then select Sales from the dropdown menu
This will give you a real-time overview of your ticket sales and performance metrics.
Understanding the sales stats blocks
- Tickets Sold – This is the number of tickets sold with a completed payment status (as in the purchaser successfully paid for his purchase).
- Buyers – The number of unique ticket purchasers – Note: that one person might buy multiple tickets.
- Sales Value – The total rand value in completed purchases.
- Available for Payout – The total rand value that you can request at the current time for payout. Note: We release funds 48 hours after a ticket was successfully paid for.
The Sales by Event Block
This block will list all your events sorted by Event and then by the Ticket Type for your events. The relevant Sales Amount and Ticket Amounts per event/ticket is shown.
- You can export this table to a PDF document or to Excel and CSV formats.
- You can also sort any of the columns by clicking on the column headers.
- You can filter the events by typing in the Search box (note that whatever you filter by and sort by will be exported to Excel or PDF).
- The Attendees button will build you a complete list of Attendees that can be exported to PDF, Excel and CSV.
The Ticket Buyers Block
This block lists all the actual ticket buyers, their order number, name, email, telephone details and order total with how many tickets purchased
- You can export this table to a PDF document or to Excel and CSV formats.
- You can also sort any of the columns by clicking on the column headers.
- You can filter the details by typing in the Search box (note that whatever you filter by and sort by will be exported to Excel or PDF).
