How do I report a technical issue?

 

  • Go to the Decibel website: www.decibel.co.za

  • Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the homepage.

  • Select Technical Support from the contact options.

  • Provide a clear description of the issue, including:

    • Your account or event name

    • The error message (if any)

    • A screenshot (if possible)

    • The steps you followed before the issue occurred

  • Submit the form, and our Support Team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Tip: For urgent issues at live events, call the Decibel Support Line listed on your host dashboard.
