I forgot my password – How can I reset It?

 

  • Go to the Decibel login page: www.decibel.co.za

  • Click on the Forgot Password link below the login fields.

  • Enter your registered email address and click Submit.

  • Check your inbox for a password reset email and follow the instructions provided.

Tip: If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
